Financial stress can show up in many ways - persistent anxiety, trouble sleeping, irritability, difficulty focusing, or feeling stuck and overwhelmed. Whether it’s debt, career uncertainty, rising costs, or pressure to “keep it together,” money-related stress can take a real toll on your mental health.

I work with adults who are navigating financial anxiety, work stress, burnout, and the emotional weight that comes with uncertainty and responsibility. Therapy offers a space to slow things down, make sense of what’s happening, and build practical tools to help you feel more grounded and in control.

Common concerns I help with:

  • • Ongoing financial anxiety or money-related stress
  • • Burnout and pressure tied to work or career demands
  • • Fear around job security or career transitions
  • • Difficulty relaxing or feeling “off” even when things seem okay
  • • Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or behind in life

My approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded in real life. We’ll work at a pace that feels supportive - focusing both on understanding patterns and building strategies you can actually use day to day.

If your money stress is tied to a layoff or a job change, my page on therapy after a layoff or job loss covers that side of things too.

In Washington, this is private-pay online therapy statewide, so there's no plan to bill or approval to wait on.
