Do you take my insurance?

In California and Florida, yes - I'm in-network with the plans listed above, and you can check your specific coverage through the booking portal before committing to anything. In Washington I don't bill insurance; those sessions are private pay at $250. If I'm not in-network with your plan in California or Florida, the session fee is $250 and I can provide a superbill.

What is a superbill?

An itemized receipt for sessions you've already paid for, with the diagnostic and procedure codes an insurer needs to process an out-of-network claim. You submit it to your plan yourself. Whether they reimburse you, and how much, is your insurer's decision - a superbill is a receipt, not a guarantee. It's worth calling the number on your card to ask whether your plan has out-of-network outpatient mental health benefits before you count on it.

What if I can't afford the full fee?

A limited number of sliding-scale spots are available. They aren't always open, but it costs nothing to ask - if cost is the thing standing between you and starting, say so and we'll talk about it.
